Four charts that match how you read your server

The Messages chart shows total messages, unique senders and a breakdown per channel. Voice tracks total duration, sessions, and AFK/muted/deafened time. The Server view combines messages and voice for one big picture, while Members tracks joins, leaves and net change over time.

Filters that keep the data clean

Allow or deny lists by channel or role, including categories, plus a bot-exclusion toggle. Pick the default period from 1 to 30 days, and align everything to the timezone you set in your guild settings.

Premium expands the time window

Free is generous for casual use: 7, 14 or 30 days at a glance. Premium unlocks 60 and 90-day windows plus custom date ranges, so you can compare a launch week or a seasonal event against your baseline.

FAQ

Is the server stats bot free?

Yes. Charts for messages, voice, members and joins/leaves are free, with up to 30 days of history. Premium expands to 60 and 90 days plus custom date ranges, and includes leaderboards by default.

Are charts on Discord or the website?

On the website dashboard. Discord shows quick numbers via slash command, but the rich charts (Line graphs, leaderboards, breakdowns) live at koya.gg.

Can I exclude specific channels?

Yes. Configure allow or deny lists per channel and per role, with category-level toggles. Bots are excluded by default but the toggle is up to you.

Does it auto-update channel names with member count?

Not currently. Stats are tracked and visualized on the dashboard, but Koya does not rename voice or text channels with live counters.
