The moderation bot that keeps your community healthy

Need a Discord moderation bot that scales from tiny clans to large public servers? Use slash or prefix commands for every standard action, configure warn-count thresholds that trigger their own follow-up, and review every case in a structured mod log. All core moderation is free.

  • Ban, kick, mute, timeout, warn, unwarn, softban, lock and unlock
  • Slash commands and prefix commands, both fully supported
  • Configurable warn thresholds: at N warns, automatically apply mute, timeout or ban
  • Reason presets to keep your team aligned
  • Mod log channel with case IDs, reasons, target, moderator and timestamp

Every standard action, both slash and prefix

Issue ban, kick, mute, timeout, warn, softban, lock and unlock from slash commands or your custom prefix. Reasons are mandatory and stored, mod logs are searchable, and case IDs let you reference past actions or edit them later.

Warn thresholds that take action for you

Set how many warns trigger an automatic follow-up: a temporary mute, a timeout for a specific duration, or a ban. Warns can be temporary so they expire on their own, and you can edit or remove individual warns from the dashboard.

Auto-mod for attachments, polls and scams

The built-in auto-mod covers four practical rules: attachment spam, attachment limits, anti-poll and anti-scam. Whitelist trusted roles or channels per rule and let Koya handle the rest. Discord’s native AutoMod still runs alongside for spam, links and word filters.

FAQ

Is this moderation bot free?

Yes. Ban, kick, mute, timeout, warn, softban, lock, mod log, reason presets and the four built-in auto-mod rules are free forever. Premium adds higher limits on reason presets, mass role assignment and bulk message purge.

Does it stop spam, raids and bad behavior?

Koya’s built-in auto-mod handles attachment spam, attachment limits, polls and scam links. For broader spam, link or profanity filtering, pair it with Discord’s native AutoMod, which runs in parallel.

Can I review past moderation actions?

Yes. Every action lands in the mod log channel with a case ID, the moderator, the reason, the target and a timestamp. Use the case ID to edit a reason later or surface the case in chat.

Will it conflict with other Discord moderation bots?

It runs alongside other tools. To avoid duplicate audit trails, disable overlapping rules in any second moderation bot you keep on the server.
