Rank cards your members want to share

On the free tier, every member gets a clean rank card with the Montserrat font and default colors. Premium unlocks custom backgrounds, fonts, text and overlay colors, and three layouts (classic, left, right) so the card fits your server identity.

XP, role rewards and curve under your control

Tune the min/max XP per message and the message cooldown so growth feels right. Add level role rewards in stack mode (members keep prior rewards) or replace mode (only the latest tier sticks). The XP rate multiplier is a Premium option that scales gains for everyone at once.

Public leaderboard, no-XP zones and import

Members can view their rank from chat, and the public leaderboard page lives on koya.gg with an optional vanity URL on Premium. Use allow or deny lists to keep XP out of spam channels, exclude specific roles, and import existing progress from MEE6 or Amari without losing your community’s history.

Is the leveling bot free?

Yes. XP from messages, the leaderboard, level role rewards (up to 10), allow/deny lists, and basic rank cards are free. Premium unlocks full rank card customization, vanity leaderboard URLs, the XP rate multiplier, and 50 level role rewards (unlimited on Pro).

Can I limit XP to specific channels?

Yes. Use the channel allow list to grant XP only in chosen channels, or the deny list to exclude spam channels. Roles can be excluded the same way, and category toggles cover full sections of the server.

Can I migrate XP from MEE6 or Amari?

Yes. The dashboard has a direct importer for both MEE6 and Amari, so your community’s leveling history follows you to Koya.

Are vanity leaderboard URLs available?

Yes, on Premium. Set a custom URL for your public leaderboard so it’s easier to share.
